We have a 500.00 minimum for concrete coring. This includes up to 4 holes. Every hole after this is an additional $70.00 per hole. This is only for concrete coring.

This does not include travel time and gas surcharge. 

(For a two man crew per hour, we have a prevailing wage expert that handles and deals with all the paperwork regarding the prevailing wage job. We do not do LAUSD projects. Please give us a 5-7 business day notice)

If a prevailing wage job is scheduled and canceled there will be a $350.00 cancellation charge On top of the other cancellation fee policy.

(Travel time to and from the job location is calculated and added in to the bill. Based off of how far the job is. $139.00 for 2 man crew, $208.50 for 3 man crew, and $278.00 for 4 man crew.)

Travel time for prevailing wage is based on the prevailing wage rate.

(Base gas surcharge, subject to change depending on location)

(Per Hour any Saturday job will account for an 8 hour day rate)

(If a (2-man crew) job gets canceled within 48 business hours there will be a 3 hour cancelation fee. If a (4-man crew) job gets canceled within 72 business hours there will be a 3 hour cancelation fee.)

(If a job was scheduled for more than one day the cancelation fee applies to a maximum of 3 days) 

(There will be a late fee of 2.5% on the final invoice if the invoice is not paid within 30-45 days. After 45 days the late fee will be assessed and again after 30 days of not being paid and so forth.)
